We currently ship via USPS Priority or First Class Mail with $50 insurance. If you prefer another shipping method, additional insurance, or signature confirmation, please let us know prior to purchasing. All orders over $75 will receive FREE SHIPPING inside the U.S.! This does not include any overnight or international shipping requests. All orders under $75 will be charged a flat fee of $5.95 for shipping. Orders should arrive between 3-5 business days. We hope that you love your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied, please return it (via mail or in-store) for an exchange or store credit only; refunds will not be given. If a store credit is issued, the recipient will have one year to redeem it. In the event of an exchange by mail, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred. Items purchased online must be returned within 14 days from the original purchase date. If returning by mail, return must be postmarked by the 14th day. If any item is received after the return period has ended, we will send the item(s) back to the customer at the customer's expense. All returned merchandise must be sent in its original condition (unworn, undamaged with original tags attached). This includes deodorant, make-up, odor, etc. All sale merchandise, swimwear, jewelry, and hats are FINAL. Returns will be processed within 3 business days.
