Once an order is placed, it may not be canceled. If you suspect an error in your address after placing your order, please call us at 205.508.3155 immediately.

If there are any discrepancies with your order, such as an out of stock item, you will be notified via email and a refund will be made to your original form of payment.

For just $1.98 at checkout, you can add Re:Do to your order and enjoy free, unlimited returns on that specific order for store credit. If your purchase doesn’t work out, simply send it back for free.

Didn’t select Re:Do at checkout?
No problem! You can still make a return through our standard return portal process. You’ll be able to purchase a discounted return label directly through Re:Do—saving you both time and money.
