SHIPPING + RETURNS

RETURN POLICY:

We hope you absolutely love your purchase! But, if you aren't completely satisfied, we accept returns on new, unworn, undamaged items with original tags attached within 14 days (including weekends and holidays) of the delivery date for store credit or exchange only. No refunds will be given. All hats, jewelry, swimsuits, hair accessories, gift certificates, and sale items are FINAL SALE. 

Returns may be made through mail or in store. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any shipping charges for exchanged item(s) are the customer's responsibility.

SHIPPING:

All orders over $100 will receive free shipping within the U.S.! All other U.S. orders will be charged a flat rate of $7.95. All domestic orders will ship via UPS and should arrive within 7-10 business days from the date the order was placed. An email will be sent once your package has been shipped and will include tracking information. Please ensure the correct address is entered at checkout; we are not responsible for undelivered packages due to an incorrectly entered address.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit all claims to UPS or to the United States Postal Service.

Please note- once your package leaves our storefront, we no longer control shipping timeframes, including any delays. Please refer to your tracking number for updates, and contact UPS or USPS if your package is not moving through the network. We pride ourselves on extremely fast shipping, but cannot control issues within the carrier's network.

IN-STORE PICK UP:

FREE in-store pick up is available for local orders! Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be ready. You will be notified once the order is ready for pick up. Be sure to include your phone number or email address on your order so that we can contact you promptly. This service is only available directly through our website; not available on FB and Instagram orders.

ABOUT RE:DO:

For just $1.98 at checkout, you can add Re:Do to your order and enjoy free, unlimited returns on that specific order for store credit. If your purchase doesn’t work out, simply send it back for free.

Didn’t select Re:Do at checkout? No problem! You can still make a return through our standard return portal process. You’ll be able to purchase a discounted return label directly through Re:Do—saving you both time and money.

DAMAGES:

Any item(s) damaged upon arrival must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery date of the package. Please email info@shopmodaboutique.com with your order number and photos of any damages, including the packaging.
